I hesitated to upload photos because of the name of the challenge, “Housekeeping Performance Evaluation.” When I think about it, housekeeping is nothing special. Isn’t housekeeping just doing what suits me in the most convenient way? ㅎㅎㅎㅎㅎㅎ 😆🤔 In that sense, I’m embarrassed, but I cleaned out the upper and lower cabinets of my house. My housekeeping philosophy is to buy only what I need and not increase my luggage. It already feels like I’ve already increased my luggage, but I’m trying not to be greedy here. 1. Water purifier shelf On top of the water purifier shelf, there are only two things: a water purifier and a coffee pot. Inside, I put an air fryer, a square pot set, and dishes that I don’t use often. 2. Lower cabinet-1 I mainly store pots and frying pans in lower cabinet-1. I put a shelf that can be adjusted in length so that I can store more. I don’t store pots on top of each other. If I store them on top of each other, it’s inconvenient to put them in and take them out, and eventually I forget about them. 3. Upper cabinet-1 In upper cabinet-1, various cups, side dish containers, bowls, and teacups are stored. A rotating tray is used for easy removal, and the plastic container at the very top is used as a snack container. I used the container that came with the nut gift set as a snack container because I didn’t want to just throw it away, and when it seemed to have reached the end of its lifespan, I threw it away. 4. Upper cabinet-2 In the very top of upper cabinet-2, I store plastic spoons and wooden chopsticks. I try to avoid using disposable items as much as possible, but sometimes I need them, so I store them all in one container in case I need them. The second compartment contains a garlic slicing tool and a homemade yogurt maker. There is also a corona tester. The last compartment, the very bottom, is used for tea bags, coffee, and teapots. 5. Sink, drying rack The most used products in the sink are the roll mat, dishcloth holder, and dishcloth drying clothespins. Clothespins are great for drying dishcloths, and the dishcloth holder is so clean and has a water-draining structure, so it's really nice that it's hygienic to use. The roll mat is really convenient for drying pots when the drying rack is full of dishes. 6. On the gas stove I store various cooking utensils on the gas stove, and it's really convenient and nice to be able to see them at a glance. 7. Lower cabinet-2 I installed a sliding shelf on the lower cabinet-2. You need an electric drill to install it, and it's quite difficult, but I'm really satisfied because it's so convenient to use after installation. When cooking, if you store products that tend to get greasy, such as olive oil, in a milk carton, you won't get greasy on your hands, so you can cook much more cleanly.
