📌Even beginners can make 'Super Easy Basque Cheesecake' I really like Basque cheesecake, but it was expensive to buy a lot, so I just ate one or two pieces and that was it😂 I made it myself to eat a lot at home!! The ingredients are simple and easy to make, so try following along :) 🍰Ingredients ▪️400g cream cheese ▪️90g sugar ▪️15g flour (all purpose flour) ▪️200ml heavy cream or whipping cream ▪️3 eggs ▪️Lemon juice ‼️Please leave all the ingredients at room temperature for 2-3 hours before using 📍I bought an 18cm round cake pan from Coupang! 🍰 Recipe ▪️Mix the cream cheese ▪️When it feels somewhat soft, add sugar and mix until it stops rustling ▪️Sift the flour (all purpose flour) and mix well ▪️Beat 3 eggs and mix in 3 times (It mixes better if you mix in 3 times!) ▪️Add the heavy cream or whipping cream and mix ▪️Finally, add half a tablespoon of lemon juice ▪️Put the parchment paper in the cake mold and pour the batter through the sieve ▪️Tap the bottom to remove the air ▪️Preheat the microwave oven to 230 degrees for 10 minutes, then bake at 230 degrees for 28 minutes ☑️The finished batzike should be cooled in the refrigerator for more than 6 hours before eating to taste like the batzike sold at stores😆🤍 #Dessert Heaven #홈베이킹 #바스크치즈케이크 #바치케 #Recipe Sharing #케이크만들기 #치즈케이크 #일상기록 #Cooking #오홈스토랑
