Homemade #두바이빼빼로🤎💚 Pepero Day is just around the corner next week!♥️🤎 Since I started dating my husband, I've been trying to celebrate Pepero Day, even if it's just a little. This year, I was wondering what kind of Pepero to give him, and I made homemade Pepero with all my heart! But now with Dubai chocolate🙈ㅋㅋㅋㅋ The Dubai chocolate trend has passed a little bit, but since it was still hot all year, I wanted to make a thick Dubai Pepero, so I made the cookie part with whole wheat biscotti with pistachios, and lightly spread a layer of chocolate, and then mixed homemade pistachio spread and fried Kadayif noodles in Paysant Breton salted butter and wrapped the biscotti, and then coated it with chocolate again and sprinkled on roasted pistachio flakes to finish it off🤎 This homemade Dubai Pepero, with the flavor of butter filling your mouth with the rich taste of pistachios and the crunchy Kadayif noodles you can chew on, is really a lot of effort!💚 I made it, but it was delicious..hehe..🙈🙈ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ I'll share the recipe! Today is a bit long ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ - Ingredients - 110g whole wheat flour 40g muscovado 20g honey 40g egg (room temperature) 30g unsalted butter A pinch of salt 1g baking powder 45g pistachios 180g kadaief noodles Pistachio spread (250g roasted pistachios, 25g avocado oil, 2 pinches of salt, 50g sugar) 50g salted butter 200g chocolate for coating Chocolate pen - How to make - 1. Bake 45g pistachios in an oven at 160 degrees for about 5 minutes, then cut them into pieces when they cool down. (For biscotti) 2. In a bowl, add 40g room temperature eggs, 40g muscovado, 20g honey, and a pinch of salt. Mix lightly with a hand whisk. 3. Melt 30g of unsalted butter in the microwave, cool slightly, add to the egg mixture, and mix well with a hand whisk. 4. Add 110g of whole wheat flour and 1g of baking powder (it is better to sift it) and mix well with a spatula until the powder is almost invisible. 5. Add the pistachio powder, except for a little for decoration, and mix well with a spatula until it becomes a lump. 6. Place the dough on an oven pan and shape it into a flat rectangle. 7. Based on the LG Objet microwave oven, preheat to 180 degrees and bake at 170 degrees for 25 minutes. 8. Cool until lukewarm, cut into 1cm intervals, and place on the oven pan again so that the cross-section is facing upward. 9. Bake at 160 degrees for 10 minutes, then flip over and bake for 10 more minutes and the biscotti is done! 10. Place the pan on medium heat, add 50g of salted butter, and when the butter is completely melted, add 180g of finely chopped kadaief noodles and fry until light brown. 11. Mix the pistachio spread and the fried kadaief noodles well. 12. Melt the coating chocolate in the microwave, lightly spread it on the biscotti, and then thickly wrap it with the pistachio spread and kadaief noodles. 13. Let it harden in the freezer for about 10 minutes, and then coat it with chocolate again. 14. Lightly draw a zigzag pattern with a chocolate pen, then top it with decorative pistachios and you’re done! If I write in detail about how to make pistachio spread, it will be too long, so I only listed the ingredients🙈 If you enjoyed Dubai chocolate, you can enjoy Dubai Pepero🤎💚 It takes quite a while to make, but please try making it!!!♥️ #Dessert Heaven #오홈스토랑 #집에서제일바빠 #우리집포토존 #콘수프기록 #오늘장면한컷 #오늘의힐링 #신혼집 #홈데코 #나도크리에이터 #클래스오감리뷰 #맞팔 #온더테이블 #온더플레이트 #온마이테이블 #홈스토랑 #홈브런치 #홈카페 #홈카페족 #호랑레시피 #25평 #25평아파트 #25평주방 #간식타임 #홈베이킹 #두바이초콜릿 #빼빼로데이 #빼빼로만들기 #겨울인테리어
