Last time I went to Japan, I bought a tamago sandwich at 7-Eleven right after arriving at the airport. It was so soft and delicious 😋 When I got home, I missed that taste so much that I boiled eggs first. I was going to make it soft like the ones I had in Japan, but I made it more sour in my own style by adding chopped apples :) Make it delicious by putting a lot of egg salad on chewy and soft bread (*important)🥚 #Egg Sandwich 1. Boil 5 eggs until hard-boiled and mash them. 2. Chop 1/6 of an apple into small pieces. 3.
