A patterned knife that can make the cross-section of ingredients into a wave pattern. An ice cream scoop that's great for making ice cream, mashed potatoes, or sweet potatoes into round shapes. A cheese grinder that's used to sprinkle cheese, which is a must in Western dishes. These are my household items^^ I don't use it that often though, lol
