Introducing pickles made without sugar๐ Ingredients: 1L of asabi, 2L of water, 1 spoon of pickle spice, 1 spoon of salt, 3-4 bay leaves Radish, celery, onion, radicchio, green onion, garlic shoots (vegetables to your taste) First, prepare the vegetables and put them in an airtight container.
