Introducing pickles made without sugar๐Ÿ’› Ingredients: 1L of asabi, 2L of water, 1 spoon of pickle spice, 1 spoon of salt, 3-4 bay leaves Radish, celery, onion, radicchio, green onion, garlic shoots (vegetables to your taste) First, prepare the vegetables and put them in an airtight container. Add asabi and water in a ratio of 1:2, add the remaining ingredients, and boil. Pour it into a container before it cools down, and let it mature for 2-3 days. The subtle sweetness comes out of the vegetables and it tastes really good! Those who are used to sweet tastes may not be familiar with it, but my husband and I eat it so deliciously.
