I'm a food butler too! [Food butler beginner plant part 1] Others say it's easy, but I find it difficult to grow plants Plant that grows well in other homes doesn't grow well in my home? If you find growing plants difficult, try this first Even for the same plant, the growing environment (sunlight, soil, ventilation, etc.) and watering cycle are all different, so plants that immediately send signals if you water them too much or too little Plants also have difficulty growing, so unique and pretty plants are tricky. Plants that grow well but suddenly get on the green star train🥲 If you repeat that experience several times, you'll give up on growing plants So!!! It's hard to give up ~~~😁 I'm going to introduce Scindapsus, which is considered one of the easiest plants to grow. There are many types of Scindapsus that you can often find around you, but I'll introduce the three types of Scindapsus that I'm growing. 1. White Marble Queen Scindapsus (Scindapsus pictus) White Marble Queen Isn't the name so pretty? Slim heart-shaped green leaves with cream, white, and light yellow patterns marbled. Patterned plants need more light because they have less chlorophyll, and they grow more slowly than green plants. 2. Enjoy scindapsus (scindapsus N’Joy) Small, plump, round heart-shaped leaves with a voluminous, light cream and light green patterns carved into a geometric pattern. 3. Green, marble scindapsus (Green scindapsus ,Marble scindapsus ) The most common scindapsus, it is also called the Devil’s Ivy because it is hard to kill. Green leaves are the main color, and the leaves with light green patterns are appropriately harmonized. Most of them have heart-shaped leaves, but the patterns and leaf thickness are different, so they all feel different. You can grow them in a hanging pot by letting them hang long, or cut them short. It is also good to grow it in a way that grows abundantly. Since it is a species that reproduces well, you can cut the long, drooping stems and put them in water for hydroponic cultivation, and when the roots grow, you can transplant it into soil to make another pot. ✅ Management method Light: It likes bright indirect light, but it can withstand low light (semi-sun and semi-shade are good, but strong direct sunlight is prohibited. Watering: Water little by little, not frequently, and water thoroughly after the soil dries. Temperature: Maintain 18~25°C, and be careful not to let it go below 10°C. Humidity: Make sure the air is not too dry. For those who say, "All three I introduced are not my taste?!?" There are so many types of Skindapsus. Argyrius, Fluorescent, True Moonlight, Aureus, etc. I recommend that you look at other types and choose the Skindapsus that suits your taste and grow them. If you start with easy ones and taste success, you will gain confidence and be able to grow other plants without any problems.
