This is the area around my desk. When I started working from home, I quickly bought a proper chair (I had a bench before). Chairs are surprisingly noticeable, so just having one makes the room look smaller. I didn't want that to happen, so I chose a transparent chair from IKEA! One of the deciding factors was that it's not the usual four-legged chair, but is shaped like the character for "self."
