My husband and I made a simple side dish after he got home late, and I'm sharing it because it's so delicious 😆 We usually look for and study recipes that can be eaten deliciously with ingredients that we don't like. This time, I bought a whole bunch of eggplants 🍆🍆 I've always eaten it with just tomato sauce and cheese, but I was wondering if there was a new way and found this recipe. First, slice the eggplants thinly with a peeler, sprinkle some salt on them, and cut the tofu into finger-sized pieces. When the eggplants seem to have lost some of their moisture, wipe the tofu and eggplants dry with a paper towel. Then, wrap the eggplants in the tofu and coat them in starch. Fry them in a heated frying pan with oil until golden brown, then pour in the sauce (oligosaccharide + oyster sauce + soy sauce + cooking wine + water) and cook until the seasoning is well absorbed. ☝🏻 It's a very simple recipe, but the taste is sophisticated and absolutely delicious!
