Decorating a study to create a consistent reading habit📚 I always read a book before going to bed after work in the evening It's better for your sleep health than looking at your phone and falling asleep, and I feel so good about developing the habit of reading books Sometimes I even have a cup of tea to calmly end the day If you find reading difficult or burdensome, I also recommend reading a book that you only read one page a day! I recommend a book called One Mindful Page a Day :) Then, I will introduce the items I used to decorate my study 1. Ikea Poeng Armchair (89,900 won) I have a desk in my study, but I put the Ikea Poeng Armchair there to read in a more comfortable position. 2. Ikea Nyfors Lighting (79,900 won) I plan to fall asleep right after reading a book, so I don't turn on bright fluorescent lights. I chose a light that diffuses light well and is slightly bright so that it is comfortable but not too dark to read. 3. Candle Brown Soy Candle Clean Cotton Scent (12,500 won) I received this as a gift, and when I light a soft scented candle and read a book, it creates a calming atmosphere. I think using incense, aroma oil, and candles in my study will also help with reading. 4. Plant arrangement I have several plants because looking at green relieves eye fatigue and makes me feel comfortable. Easy-to-grow air-purifying plants I've been growing a rubber tree for 7 years now.
