I always felt like I didn't have enough storage space in my 20-pyeong apartment kitchen that hadn't been remodeled, but after doing a major cleanup this time, I realized that wasn't the problem. After reading Maria Kondo's <The Power of Tidying Up>, I threw away all the dishes and cooking utensils that I didn't use but couldn't throw away, and even the pots and pans that I had thrown away because they were too burdensome to throw away, and there was more empty space in the sink. The book talks about "tidying up" by giving "the things that excite me" a "place" and always keeping them there. When I tried to do that, many changes came about in my life.
