I just kept it in the refrigerator for about a day without worrying about it, and it came out as the thick consistency I wanted. If you want it to be a little thin, you can adjust the time. + I sometimes make ricotta cheese at home, but I didn't have a separate whey strainer, so I used cheesecloth. Now, I use this whey strainer when I make ricotta cheese. It's designed to be easy to refrigerate, so it's very, very convenient👏👏👏 For me, who usually eats a lot of yogurt and uses it in cooking, this is a really economical product. It's not too sweet and has a clean taste, so it's great to eat with fruit, granola, or nuts as a topping, and when I want to eat it sweet, I add honey and eat it.
