Weekend daily log is back~! Are you all managing your blood sugar? ๐ I'm genetically prone to diabetes, so I try to eat healthily.. I visited Costco last week to buy pita bread But the bakery was under construction, so I sadly came back.. What a mess!! Let's make it ourselves!! Hmm.. It takes 10 minutes to bake one sheet ๐ I'll be grateful to buy it from now on๐ซก How did it taste? It was healthy and crunchy, so it was good๐ค ๐Pita bread sandwich Mix oatmeal and water in a 1:2 ratio and grind it After it's thick, bake it on low heat until the center puffs up~ It's gone. (Takes about 10 minutes lol) If you slightly cut the bread, a pocket is formed, You can put chicken breast, lettuce, etc. in it and eat it as a sandwich Eat healthy.. On Sundays, I eat while shouting Jjapaghetti. In between, I play with Tori and make side dishes to get through the weekdays. I pickled radish and perilla leaves with Baek Jong-won's all-purpose pickled soy sauce It's so simple and delicious!!
