Place two pieces of bread side by side, dip them in the egg mixture, and immediately flip the bread over. 4. When the eggs are cooked, flip them over like pancakes. 5. Add the fillings to your taste. (I added carrot rafe, arugula, and brie cheese.) 6. Fold in half when the back side turns golden brown. I didn't add any sauce because I added rafe, but I think it would have been better if I added a little honey.
