I sowed the coriander seeds I bought at Daiso in my balcony garden, and they grew so fast!! ㅋㅋㅋ I harvested them because I wanted to eat them quickly before it got colder! I thought a lot about what to cook! I was worried because there wasn't enough to make a side dish, but I made a coriander tofu salad🌿 Wash the handful of coriander you harvested cleanly, cut the tofu into bite-sized pieces, and blanch them in water to keep them warm. Cut the green onions and place them on top of the tofu, then add the coriander cut into bite-sized pieces, mix in the special seasoned soy sauce, and you're done!!
