I bought my own house after 10 years of marriage🤍 I was a victim of a jeonse scam because the landlord didn't give me the deposit for the house I was renting.. There were many things going on, but jeonse is now unstable, so I bought an old building and remodeled it. I met a good interior designer, so we communicated well, and he gave me a reasonable estimate for the price, excluding the 22 pyeong veranda, and I remodeled it beautifully in the early 2000s. I sincerely hope that only good things will happen in this house in the future.
