🍲 I found another great recipe. Jeolla-do style zucchini stew with pork hind leg meat. It's an easy recipe that makes a delicious meal in no time. First, slice the zucchini, onion, and pork hind leg meat. Lightly fry the sliced hind leg meat in plenty of oil. When the meat is cooked to a certain degree, add 2T soy sauce, 2T cooking wine, and 4T red pepper powder and fry until the red pepper oil comes out. Once the red pepper oil comes out enough, add 600ml of water, and add 2T minced garlic, 1T red pepper paste, 1/2T soybean paste, and 1T fish sauce and dissolve. Then add the onion and boil for a while. Add the zucchini and boil again until it's done.🥒 It's also delicious to eat it with rice like soup, but I boiled noodles and put them in!
