#겨울준비템 (Inducing a good night's sleep) Warm fabric-decorated, small room minimal bedroom interior. 🛏️ I came out in the morning wearing sneakers and a coat without thinking, but it was so cold. I decided to wear padding with my boots and looked at the bedroom first People spend almost 1/3 of their day sleeping, right? The bedroom is where we spend most of our time at home. Sleep is important to life because it determines the quality of the day. This is a house where we think sleep is so important that we even ask our family if we slept well in the morning. Today, as winter deepens, I'm going to introduce a small room bedroom decorated with fabric and a minimal interior. 📍Bedroom Fabric 1. Curtains Every day when I wake up, I first open the curtains. I'm using thin inner curtains and blackout outer curtains. When the sunlight is full, it's warm without heating, and at night, the double curtains have a heat retention effect. (My husband measured the size, ordered online, and installed it to save money) 2. Bedding Instead of a comforter, I use a blanket that is easy to wash and dry and can be used for multiple purposes. I use a fiber blanket and a cotton blanket over each other, and when it gets colder, I plan to add a goose down blanket instead of a cotton blanket. The mattress pad is the one I used on my previous bed (I use two pillows because I have to put them under my legs) 3. Pajamas At home, I wear pajamas made of the same fiber material as the blanket after showering. I choose a loose size, so it is comfortable and has excellent heat retention. (I highly recommend it to those who feel cold easily👍) 📌Minimal bedroom interior ✔️Tone and manner I unified the bedding and curtains in white and added the warmth of wooden furniture. ✔️Integrated bed I secured a good view with a low single bed and changed the layout often because it is easy to move. ✔️Charging station I set up a small stool next to the bed so that I can charge my smartwatch and smartphone. ✔Air purifier and humidifier I combined an evaporative humidifier on top of the air purifier to integrate two appliances into one. A small bedroom that has often appeared on Reels. I decorated it for Naimi, but I failed to separate the sleeping arrangements, so I'm still using it alone. The thick fabrics keep me warm on winter nights even without heating. When it's cold, you wake up and want to go to the bathroom, right? Take a look around the bedroom right now.
