These days, many people use induction~ My house is gas, but I'm planning to replace it with induction soon, and I'm so sad that I can't use the pots and frying pans I had before. The Magic Hands frying pan is compatible with gas/highlight/induction, so I think it's good! The Magic Hands' name is a good thing, the safety handle can be separated from the pan, and I'll continue to write detailed reviews about how convenient it is to use :) I'll start by introducing Tefal's heat sensor, 'Thermo Fusion Integral Induction Technology'! The bottom and body are completely integrated, so there's less deformation of the bottom of the pan and it has the advantage of fast heat conduction. Thanks to this technology, the preheating time was shortened, so I was able to cook quickly. And you can check the preheating status through the hourglass-shaped heat sensor in the middle of the coating pan, so you can check the preheating with your eyes when cooking fried or pan-fried foods, which is convenient! Before use, it is shaped like an hourglass, but when the pan is heated enough, the hourglass shape disappears and changes to a darker red circle!! That means it is optimally preheated for cooking :) I think Tefal = coating, but the coating power, which was already good, has been further strengthened by adding an additional finishing layer that is resistant to scratches to the coating layer containing titanium particles! It has been upgraded to a non-stick coating that lasts twice as long, so it doesn't stick when cooking! The charm of a coated pan is that it doesn't stick, but I personally felt the good coating power of Magic Hands Cream while stir-frying this time: And Magic Hands Cream's unique patented safety handle holds 10kg safely and stably, and is also detachable, with a total of 3 handle support points/internal triple safety devices, it firmly fixes the container without shaking, so it grabs it with a thud! It's easy and convenient to use because you just have to press the button on the side of the handle~ The handle is separated from the pan, so the most convenient thing is that you can store it and Plating is possible right on the table! First of all, when I was storing in the kitchen, I often had to store the pan in an awkward way because of the handle, But after meeting Tefal Magic Hands Cream with a detachable handle, my worries about storage space disappeared~ The space utilization has increased more than before, so I was impressed by the storage area, And since it's made of a dishwasher-safe material, I can separate the handle and put it right in the dishwasher, So I didn't have to worry about cleaning it!
