#집밥 A stew that you can boil until the house is filled with moist warmth during the chilly season! I made a simple stew by adding mushrooms and tofu to the frozen beef bulgogi and adding coin broth :) Is it just me who didn't know that it's so convenient that you don't have to make broth separately since there's coin broth? 😵 Adding rice cooked in a pot with octopus and squid to it, A bountiful table was completed without much effort! 🙋♀️ Recipe for making octopus ttok rice pot as you like🐙 / 2 servings - Wash a cup of rice, a spoonful of dried ttok, and a piece of kelp well and soak them in water for a while (They say adding kelp broth makes it taste better, so I just added it when the rice was soaked!) - Drain the ttok and rice that were soaked for about 30 minutes and set them aside - Melt a spoonful of butter in a pot and stir-fry the soaked rice over medium heat until it becomes slightly transparent. - Put the soaked kelp back in and add a cup of water in the same amount as the rice (They say a 1:1 ratio of rice and water is fine!) - Cover and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes -> low heat for 10 minutes -> turn off the heat and let it steam for 5 minutes, and you're done! *When reducing the heat to low, I quickly added the octopus legs and quickly closed the lid. The recipe is noisy, right?! If you are experts at making rice in a pot, you might say, "Is this how you do it?"🤷♀️ But actually, this octopus and hijiki rice in a pot is my first attempt at making rice in a pot, and I am so excited because it turned out better than I expected :D * Yodong Special: Not following the recipe *
