Unfortunately, due to budget constraints, we had no choice but to choose partial construction. Rather than fixing things half-heartedly, we boldly gave up or went through a slight remodeling process. Except for the living room and kitchen, we only did minimal construction in the bathroom and rooms. We gave up on the master bathroom, and lighting work in each room and replacing all the doors in the house were essential. We looked at the things that absolutely had to be taken care of, set priorities, and proceeded with construction that could be resolved within the budget.
