When my baby turned 15 months old, I gave the living room to him. 👏🏻 Before that, I kept the living room as it was and made a separate playroom.. Now that he will be entering daycare next year, I think he will spend less time in the playroom, so I decorated the living room and moved the TV to the bedroom. Recently, my baby has been getting down and up from the bed and sofa, so I thought I should buy him a desk. I chose the Mammut table and chair from IKEA. There was a stool for the chair, but I followed my friend's advice to buy one with a backrest. 🙂 Also, I bought it in advance because it has a drawer called Dund, so I thought I would use it as storage and play with Legos later! (Fell over a few times at first) *Mammut is placed near the adult sofa, so it acts as a sofa table. *Since Dundra is notorious for being hard to assemble... I was worried, but it took a woman alone a few hours. *Since it was always played with on the floor, it would quickly become messy, but it felt a little more organized when I put it on the table every now and then. ——- Also, the folder mat that I originally bought to put next to the bed was the perfect length for the bookshelf, so I put it in front of the bookshelf. If you are concerned about the sound of books falling when the baby randomly takes out books, and if there is no mat in front of the bookshelf at home due to the structure, it would be good to partially place a mat that is as short as the length of the bookshelf!
