First, eat only the broth, and the second time, only the crispy tempura. Finally, soak the tempura in the broth and eat it! The sweet vegetable tempura soaked up the rich katsuo udon broth and was really delicious🫢 I added mugwort and ate it, and the combination of mugwort and udon was really good. And the Monokitchen Gwangjang Market-style anchovy kalguksu that we ate together was chewy raw kalguksu with savory anchovy broth, spicy aged daedaegi, sesame seeds, and seaweed powder it felt like hand-made kalguksu eaten in a market alley?
