While challenging the second semi-self in 3 years, I realized that the key to reducing construction costs is frequent on-site cleanup for smooth connection between processes and saving on finishing costs. As a result, I gained the courage to try self-construction for most things this time, and in the kitchen in the photo, I applied Kerapoxy to the tile gaps after installing tiles myself. ㅎㅎ My new kitchen is full of affection as I struggled to choose a color that matches the tile color perfectly and searched for information to install it myself. ♥️ The indirect lighting on the upper cabinet in the photo is a sensor light that I installed myself without doing any separate electrical work. Three years ago, when the semi-self interior that I tried to do in between work was introduced on Today's House's online housewarming, I learned the joy of decorating a house that fits my lifestyle and loving my space. Since then, my concerns about space have gone beyond the simple act of decorating and have become connected to the life I pursue, and I have felt greater happiness by recording and sharing this. I moved to a new house this year and challenged myself with semi-self interior design once again. I wanted to create a space that is entirely for me, a house that I can be satisfied with, rather than a house to show off to others. I thought about how to achieve maximum satisfaction with minimal construction costs, and I put my tastes and stories into every little detail. As a result, this house has become a special place that goes beyond a simple space and inspires my daily life and makes me dream of a better life. All of the 10 spaces in the photos are filled with my own memories and I think they will become the background for filling up more memories while living in this house in the future. Perhaps it is the stage that best expresses my lifestyle. I hope that my space will be a small inspiration to others and share the story of this house.
