Am I the only one who wants to eat like brunch on the weekend? I got hooked on making pancakes thanks to the no-wheat pancake mix I found on iHerb this time, and I made something called 'Yorkshire pudding' that I found this time. Mix 140g pancake mix, 200ml milk, 4 eggs, and a pinch of salt, and bake in the oven at 220 degrees for 15 minutes, but I'm not good at it, so I did more. I think I'll bake at 230 degrees for 30 minutes next time! It's delicious if you sprinkle maple syrup on it🥰 It was my first time making egg noodles, and I stir-fried a lot of garlic, onion, and mushrooms (salt to taste), tomato puree, chicken stock, and if it's not enough, soy sauce or tuna liquid, and you've got a savory tomato pasta! The noodles were soft and nice😊 I recommend this as a brunch menu! #Buchonchimenu #주말에제일바빠 #주말밥상
