Home party with spicy pollack rice and clam wine stew 🌲 I've been drinking white wine a lot lately, so I made a menu that's good for pairing All of them have a short cooking time, so they're even better 👍 I like simple things ㅎㅎ Strawberries are the best in winter 🍓 I also put strawberries and Shine Muscat on top Eat it with baguette biscuits and cream cheese The spicy clam wine stew is also good to eat with pasta added later I really love spicy pot rice. I made it with butter, tsuyu, and garlic I put green onions, grilled pollack roe, and steamed it.
