#집밥 Makchang rice bowl, blunt soybean paste soup, and refreshing radish salad I made rice bowl with pork intestine packs I found in the freezer! It's delicious to grill and dip in makjang, but this time I wanted something marinated in soy sauce hehe I felt bad about just throwing away the makjang in the makchang pack, so I cut radish into cubes and added them to make doenjang soup! I really like the texture of radish soaked in water! When I want to eat it a little crunchy, I cut it into thin strips and add it when I put in the zucchini, and when I want to eat the texture of well-cooked radish, I cut it into cubes and boil it with water for a long time from the beginning :) This time, I made it by dicing the radish! The chunky texture is very attractive.🤗 ✔ I'll share the makchang rice bowl recipe too! Ingredients (for 2): 400g of makchang, 1 potato, 2 bowls of rice, 3 cloves of garlic, half a paprika, half an onion, 3 perilla leaves, 3 lettuce leaves, 2 cabbage leaves Sauce: 60ml of water, 4 spoons of soy sauce, 4 spoons of vinegar, 4 spoons of allulose (or oligosaccharide), 1 spoon of oyster sauce - Fry the makchang in a pan until golden brown. When the makchang oil starts to come out, cut one potato thickly and fry it. It's delicious :) - Set aside the potatoes for a moment and wipe off all the oil. Cut the garlic into desired sizes and throw it into the makchang. Add water, soy sauce, vinegar, allulose, and oyster sauce and simmer until tender - In the meantime, thinly slice the paprika, onion, perilla leaves, lettuce, and cabbage (actually, you can use any vegetables in your fridge! Just finely chop the green onions and put them on top.
