• I made it as a practice at a regular cafe I went to on the weekend, and I lightly baked it because they took such good care of it, and I made a cup of coffee. I have a coffee time appointment in the afternoon, so I finished a cup early this morning! The cut surface is pretty, and the white part is chewy like rice cake🫶 I was going to try just one because I had to eat lunch, but why did I end up baking one more?😆 Today is already Christmas Eve. It feels like yesterday that there was still a month left, but tomorrow is Christmas! The little one is still trying to keep Santa's innocence, but my older brother, who is in the sixth grade, still believes in Santa, but I wonder if he believes because of the presents. I wanted to keep it until this year, but Santa is busy, so I'll give him an allowance and let him know next year! I guess we wanted to keep him innocence because he was an only child for a long time.
