Wash 10g of basil cleanly and cut it with scissors 2. Put olive oil in a frying pan and roast a handful of whole garlic over low heat. 3. Crush and mix butter, roasted garlic, basil, and pepper. 4. Place in parchment paper, roll up, and divide into small portions. 5.
