#집에서제일바빠 #콘수프기록 I went to my parents' house over the weekend and made tomato kimchi 👏 Bangto marinade recipe 1. Blanch 300~400g of cherry tomatoes, peel them 2. Chop one onion 3. Chop 6~7 basil leaves 4. Prepare sauce 1~2 tbsp balsamic vinegar 1 tbsp oligosaccharide 2 tbsp olive oil Salt and pepper to taste 5. Mix in a bowl and leave in the refrigerator for 30 minutes!!! Done I made bangto marinade and it was so delicious When I visited my parents' house, my sisters and aunts were there too, so I ate the whole container right there ㅎㅎ (My dad, uncle, and brother-in-law, who are complete food lovers, didn't like it🙅) In the end, I got a flood of requests to make it again!!!! Tomato kimchi is here 😭😭 Boil and peel tomatoes, chop basil, peel and chop onions~ After a whopping 4 hours, I finished making tomato marinade for 40 people,,,ㅎ 🍅🍅🍅🍅🍅🍅🍅🍅🍅🍅🍅🍅🍅🍅🍅🍅🍅🍅🍅🍅🍅🍅🍅🍅It would have been much tastier if I had used baotu, but it would have taken too long to cut and boil the baotu one by one,,,, so I used regular tomatoes!!!!!! (Baotu is a bit tastier👍😋) It was hard because I made it all by myselfㅎㅎ But it felt so good to see my family all eating it so deliciously and being happy~!!! I used to get side dishes every day,,, Thinking back, this is the first time in 30 years that I made and shared it with my family. ㅎ I thought I should try this more often in the futureㅎㅎㅎ When you don't have an appetite, try making tomato marinade👏👏👏👏
