Here is a record of yesterday's dinner. I marinated the beef and simmered it with vegetables. I made it with aged kimchi stew (almost like kimchi stew) that I bought at Doolmart and braised tofu that I bought at the local mart. The braised tofu was much tastier than the one I made?
