It's convenient because you can set the temperature electronically. You can even make a cake (size 1) with a capacity of 14L! Since the mini oven is small, the temperature rises and falls quickly. That's why I bake it by lowering the temperature by about 5 degrees from the recipe based on a large oven. I try not to open the oven door as much as possible (because the heat escapes) and judge the baking color outside the oven. For recipes I try for the first time, I bake a small amount first to find the right temperature and time.
