Hello welcome to ceirabox 🤗 This house is built on 178m2 of land with a Scandinavian design where the 1st floor is used for household and the 2nd floor is used for sales warehouse. Due to limited land, we decided to use the open space concept. The TV room, dining room and kitchen are in a straight line, making it easier for family members to interact. In the kitchen there is a 90cm x 160cm island table which also functions as a dining table. Advantages of the open space concept 1. Makes a house with limited land look spacious 2. Better air circulation and lighting. This is supported by the use of skylights and sliding doors in the garden area. 3. The layout of the house is more flexible because there are minimal partitions 4. Interaction between family members becomes more intimate 5.
