Instead of removing the existing window and replacing it, I chose glass blocks. The back is used as a veranda and multipurpose room, so I boldly blocked it because it seemed like a window that wouldn't be used unless it was for ventilation. After completing the interior, I was most worried about what to use this pretty room for. I felt it was too much of a waste to just put my husband's gaming computer in the study, so I moved the computer to the bedroom and put an IKEA Doksta in the middle of the room.
