Put onions in a steamer, top with tonghangjeong -> green onions Slightly sprinkle some mirin (or soju) and steam it as is and you've got moist and delicious Hangjeongsuyuk🙊 I sliced the cooked Hangjeong and put it in a bowl, and couldn't resist taking a bite each and my partner and I were so excited that our eyes 😯opened wide!!
