There's pollack roe stuffed in between soft and chewy omelet rice 😉 The pollack roe is cooked separately and put in the middle of the omelet rice. It's nothing special, but it's so delicious!!!! It's low-sodium pollack roe, so it's not salty, so the seasoning is just right, and it goes especially well with cream sauce!! I made the cream sauce in the same way as the last meatball video:) I highly recommend it when you don't feel like eating rice!! Why don't you feel like eating rice?!
