#오홈스토랑 #콘수프기록 This year, I couldn't eat tteokguk on January 1st because of my flu. I was sad to just skip the New Year's tteokguk, so I quickly made tteokmanduguk. I make different broths every time, but this time I made it simple with ox bone soup. I finished the seasoning simply with eggs, zucchini, and seasoned laver. Since the ox bone soup (+water) has basic seasoning, I seasoned it lightly with salt and pepper. You can make a bowl with just kimchi. + I made it while taking pictures, so the soup was chewy.
