My husband works the night shift about twice a week, so on the weekends when he gets off work in the morning, I try to make him breakfast with freshly cooked rice, soup, and side dishes. Yesterday, I woke up at 6 and made eggplant rice, oyster pancakes, and pickled anchovies, and boiled dog meat stew, and made him a quick breakfast💛 After working hard all night, I decided to make him a nice meal on my days off!
