Actually, it's a cold dish ㅎㅎ 1️⃣ Potato soup for using whipped cream I had cream pasta last week and had whipped cream and 1 potato left. Slice onions and fry them in butter Add small potatoes and add 1 cup of water and cook. When the potatoes are cooked enough to mash, add milk as needed and grind them in a blender. Add whipped cream to the grinded ingredients and simmer while adjusting the consistency Season with salt and pepper while simmering. They say cheese is better, but I didn't like it so it was delicious even without it! 2️⃣ Cucumber Boat I've posted this before, but cut the cucumbers into appropriate sizes and remove the seeds inside. Mix crab meat, tuna, mayonnaise, and chopped onion to make a salad. Put the salad on cucumbers and you're done. I put 3 on salad and 3 on rice balls. 3️⃣ Bean sprout salad This is for using up the leftover bean sprouts from last week's bean sprout rice ㅎㅎ The salad is the best way to use up a lot of bean sprouts. It's the simplest and my favorite side dish. Boil the bean sprouts, add green onions, minced garlic, Add sesame oil, salt, and red pepper powder as needed, and you're done.
