Looking back, I think that's why I was able to cook so many delicious dishes even though I'm a new mom raising a newborn 👶🏻 I had pasta for a late lunch that day, and since I had some leftover bulgogi at home, I made bulgogi cream pasta. The pasta noodles are orecchiette noodles that I bought when I traveled to Paris, and they are shaped like ears. There are grooves on the inside of the round noodles, so they're great for making cream pasta! Now that my baby is crawling and standing and practicing walking, I feel like I don't have enough time to cook, maybe because I'm sleeping less.
