I ordered tartine sourdough from Curly for the first time in a long time. I sliced green onions and toasted them, and they were so delicious😝 #GreenOnionToast 1. Chop one medium green onion into thin strips and fry in olive oil. 2. Add 2 tbsp mayonnaise and 1 tbsp honey to the fried green onions and mix. 3. Put Emmental cheese on the bread, add the green onion sauce and mozzarella cheese, and fry in a pan with olive oil. (Fry the bread that will be on top at the same time.) 4. When it is cooked to some extent, put another bread on top of the cheese-covered bread and press it down with something heavy to fry it until golden brown on both sides.
