It's written as "gnokki" and read as "ongsimi"🤎 It's simpler and tastier than I thought, so I often ate it :) It's also perfect as a housewarming menu❣️ 📜 Ingredients (for 1 serving) 2-3 potatoes (depending on size), 5T potato starch, a pinch of salt, 35g butter, 1 corn soup (squash or bacon potato soup is also good), (for decoration) a line of bacon, corn, peperoncino, badia cajun powder, green onion or parsley powder 📜 Recipe 1. Grate 2-3 potatoes and place in a colander for 20 minutes (don't drain the water!) 2. After 20 minutes, drain the water and mix the ground potatoes, starch, and salt into the settled starch. 3. Shape the dough into a ball, boil in water, and take it out when it floats to the top. 4. Melt 35g of butter in a pan and fry the potato dough until golden brown on both sides. 5. Microwave the soup according to the instructions. (I used 1 pack of Ottogi Fresco Corn Cream Soup!) 5. Pour the soup into a bowl and arrange the golden-fried potato gnocchi neatly. 6. Finish with decoration to your taste! (I finished with fried and sliced bacon, corn, green onions, cheese, and Badia Cajun powder.) I added potato starch and it's chewy like a dumpling😄 I was so busy making the soup that I used a commercial product like this, so it took less time and the cooking became easier!
