🔆 Open Space Home 🔆 This house used to be a 3-door rental, then it was renovated into 1 house. To make it look more spacious, I applied the open space and mezzanine concept in this house. The open space is really open from entering the front door to exiting the back garden door, all integrated between the living room, dining room, kitchen, reading area under the stairs, etc. The most beneficial thing about this concept is that I can monitor my children playing even though I am cooking or doing other activities, because our view will be wider and not blocked by the dividing wall if the house is open space like this, my two children are also freer to run around in the house when playing together. As a parent with 2 small children, I have no regrets about this concept at all. Oh yeah, even though many people say my house is aesthetic and think the items are expensive, but actually I always look for items that are pocket-friendly but still function properly and look beautiful.
