Finding the right house is like finding a soul mate that takes time and don't rush. Hunting for several housing complexes starting from housing complexes with complete facilities but expensive to housing complexes that are important to be cheap but far from anywhere. Finally, our soul mate found a house that was only 1 house different from our parents' house and in the Jakarta area. It so happened that our house was offered by a neighbor who wanted to move house. Like getting a windfall, we immediately bought it because the price was also in accordance with our budget, close to our parents, close to our children's school and close to the toll road. The advantage of having a house in an old housing complex is that all the complementary facilities are already fulfilled such as parks, daily necessities stores, school necessities stores and food stalls. If you buy an old house, the price of the house is more affordable even though a few years later we have to renovate the house for comfort and add bedrooms. We filled this house gradually according to our budget. Choosing furniture also has to think about what theme of the house we want so that it is consistent.
