E-Mart was having a sushi event, so I bought a big one and ate it with eggs, boiled shrimp, and crab meat. My husband ate the rest, and I bought a small portion of the whole salmon sashimi and cut it up for him^^ I do that sometimes. This time, it's been a really long time since I've done it. I like hotteok, so I bought hotteok mix. I'll post the process shots in February. I baked all 8 hotteoks and ate one for myself and my husband, and then put them in the freezer to eat one later when I want to eat it. There's no holiday food, but I still ate them deliciously. I think the Syracuse lettering is good because it's made in Japan. It doesn't scratch and it's heavier, so I think it's a bit more expensive. It's a pasta bowl, but it's also good for salad^^
