Actually, this is a 2-story shophouse, the 2nd floor of which was just completed 1 year ago. Similar to shophouses in general, the 1st floor is used for business and the 2nd floor is for residence. So in 2023 we started building the 2nd floor which really took into account the concept and design according to our wishes. Each room really thought out the concept. But, actually this house is not 100% ready.
