Hello everyone, in 2019 I found this house that suits my husband and I's wishes, which is 2 floors. Long story short, this is a developer's house with an area of 84m2 (7x12m) with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. On the original facade, there was only a carport and garden, then I renovated the side garden to make it more multifunctional, I made a floating seat and I added green plants to the back. Then for the top of the carport, I renovated it from the developer's original, using polycarbonate, I changed it to use a PVC ceiling to avoid leaks in the roof and to make it look more aesthetic. On the inside of the house, initially the developer's original only went as far as the stairs, then I renovated the remaining back land to be used as a kitchen. And I renovated it to the top for the upper living room and prayer room.
