Today, I'm introducing my favorite coffee items at home!! ☕️ I couldn't just sit still after receiving a Kinto dripper with a clean design without any frills, so after much searching and deliberation, I ended up buying a hand drip kettle and a hand mill. I wanted to experience Hario and Kalita, the two major brands in the hand drip world, one each, so I chose Hario for the kettle and Kalita for the hand mill! 🤎Hario Hand Drip Kettle Actually, the bumpy design is Hario's signature, but I prefer a clean look, so I chose a kettle with a sleek design. 🤎Kalita Hand Mill It's more convenient to use it electric, but I couldn't lose the classic feel, so I bought a hand mill, but my hands hurt every time I grind the beans... 🫠 But pretty is the best😝 At first, I just drank it as I pleased and said it was delicious, but I applied for a one-day hand drip class at a local cafe and learned about it. It was a much more complicated process than I thought. Temperature, drip method, speed, etc… However! I don’t have enough to distinguish detailed flavors, so I just drip it when I think of the moderate acidity and clean taste that is characteristic of drip. When I want to drink strong coffee, I use a moka pot. Since a moka pot extracts strong coffee like espresso, you can drink it as espresso by just adding brown sugar, or you can drink it as Americano by adding warm water. If you like iced Americano, you can enjoy strong Americano without an espresso machine by adding ice! 🤎Bialetti Moka Pot When it comes to moka pots, it’s Bialetti. I received a red and green moka pot as a gift, but since it was my first moka pot, I didn’t take good care of it and it broke, so I bought a new one. (The moka pot is good, but it's a little hard to maintain.) I bought it because I thought the 2-cup size would be okay, but it seems a little small. I recommend the 4-cup size or more for practicality!
