I bought a lot of oatmeal and forgot about it. Diet scones made with oatmeal :) ✨️Ingredients 2 cups of crushed oatmeal (about 160g) 100g of plain yogurt 30g of thick Greek yogurt 0.5 tsp of salt 0.5 tsp of baking powder ⠀ . . .⠀ ‼️How to make diet oatmeal scones .⠀ 1️⃣Add salt and baking powder to the crushed oatmeal flour and mix 2️⃣Add plain yogurt and thick Greek yogurt and mix 3️⃣Make them into round and flat shapes and cut them into bite-size pieces 4️⃣Preheat the air fryer to 170 degrees for 20 minutes, flip over and fry for 5 minutes ⠀ ⠀ . .⠀ The outside is crispy, but the inside is moist because of the oatmeal and yogurt. It's light and rich without any sweet ingredients But when you eat it, you can taste a little sourness and sweetness of grains It's good to have as a meal replacement or snack What can I say if you spread low-calorie cream cheese or low-sugar jam on it?
