What if you add ○○○○ to bibimbap? A huge explosion of flavor!!✨️ Did you all have a good holiday? 😊 A bowl of bibimbap made with leftover vegetables from Seollal is a national rule. But this time, it wasn't just bibimbap~ I wanted to eat something special, so I made a seasoning sauce with ✨️sauce-pickled croaker✨️! 👩‍🍳Sauce ratio: 1 tbsp. saury-pickled croaker, 1/2 tbsp. gochujang, 1 tbsp. sesame oil, 1 tbsp. chopped green onion, half a chopped green chili pepper, 1/2 tbsp. sesame seeds I thought it would taste good if I put this in, so I made it.. It's crazy delicious🫢 The deep and salty flavor is addictive!! I added the leftover jeon + savory soybean paste stew, and it was the perfect meal to end Seollal. And for this Seollal, I bought a lacquer tray that I've been waiting for. It goes well with organic spoons and the dining table looks neater!!
